Bug Reports

Helpful bug reports include what you tapped, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, your iPhone or iPad model, and your iOS version. Screenshots are useful when they do not include sensitive information.

Purchases

Optional Shibit looks and room bundles are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Use Restore Purchases in Pack Shield: Recovery Buddy settings to ask the App Store to restore eligible purchases.

Text Messages

Pack Shield: Recovery Buddy text messages support phone verification, sponsor invitations, Shield notices, and user-requested accountability alerts. Message frequency varies based on user and sponsor actions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
